Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday consulting experience focused on contract, offer-letter, and employee journey solutions.
• Experience building scalable HR processes across multiple countries with compliance considerations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, Docs and Journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and design of HR workflows, documents, integrations, testing and troubleshooting.
• Automate HR processes and journeys within Workday for global rollout.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR partners and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
