Arch Capital Services LLC seeks a Workday Compensation specialist to configure and execute the annual compensation cycle, including grids, templates, and security rules. You will validate configurations across tenants and collaborate to map a large multi-country organizational structure.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Workday with Advanced Compensation, Core HCM knowledge, and strong Excel/Power Query skills. Adept communication with HR and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Workday experience with Advanced Compensation concepts such as eligibility rules, plan configuration, and configurable grids.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HCM configuration.
• Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including incentive plan mechanics, bonus eligibility and accrual logic, pay structures, and job architecture.
• Excel proficiency including Power Query and complex formulas.
• Strong attention to detail with testing, validation, and documentation habits.
• Clear communicator able to explain system concepts to non-technical HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate the annual compensation cycle across all active processes and populations in partnership with Compensation and People Operations.
• Generate and update grids, compensation matrices, templates, and security rules prior to cycle launch.
• Execute plan rollouts and removals for eligible populations across tenants prior to production promotion.
• Collaborate to build the organizational structure for ~7,500+ employees with matrixed country/segment relationships.
• Support cycle execution by addressing routine system questions and escalate complex issues.
• Own post-cycle configuration reviews including analysis of plan assignments and sandbox validation.
