Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking a Workday System Administrator focused on Core and Advanced Compensation. You will configure, test, and validate compensation setups across multiple tenants, supporting the annual compensation cycle and related security rules.

You will join a collaborative team within People Operations, driving accuracy and enabling scalable pay strategies across a global employee base. Strong Excel and data validation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with Workday, including Advanced Compensation concepts.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HCM and compensation fundamentals.
• Proficient with Excel, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Clear communicator with solid testing, validation and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate pre-launch configurations for the annual compensation cycle across all active processes and eligible populations.
• Generate and update grids, compensation matrices, templates, options, security rules, plan profiles, and scorecard configurations.
• Execute plan rollouts and removals for eligible populations across tenants before production.
• Collaborate with People Operations to build the organizational structure for 7,500+ employees with cross-country relationships.
• Address routine questions from People Operations and the compensation team; escalate complex issues.
• Participate in post-cycle configuration reviews covering plan assignments, legacy population management, and edge-case validation.
