Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Workday Configurator to support Benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes in a remote role. You will configure and optimize Workday Benefits and LOA functionality, collaborate with HR and Payroll, and help deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Workday configuration experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Benefits and Leave of Absence modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting capabilities, and security concepts.
• Experience supporting benefits enrollment, leave administration, and vendor-connected solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Benefits and Absence functionality within Workday, including eligibility requirements, benefit plans, leave programs, and accrual tracking.
• Support open enrollment activities and ongoing benefits and leave administration processes.
• Develop and modify workflows, business rules, notifications, and approval paths to support business requirements.
• Partner with external vendors to support integrations and data exchanges related to benefits and leave programs.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct testing activities for system enhancements, updates, and releases.
• Research and resolve system-related issues while recommending process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system optimization.
