The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Business Analyst to configure Workday HCM, build reports, troubleshoot issues, and document HR processes across Administration to Talent Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of complex HRIS experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional HR/IT/Finance projects. Experience with ERP systems and global payroll is a plus; this is a remote role centered in Virginia with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of complex HRIS work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with integrated HRMS, preferably Workday HCM.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, databases and reporting.
• Strong HR concepts, processes and services; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Configure Workday HCM and related HR modules.
• Develop and troubleshoot reports and data extracts.
• Document HR business processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with HR/IT/Finance/Procurement on cross-functional projects.
• Respond to HR data requests from employees and management.
