Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Business Analyst to oversee Workday HCM configuration, reporting, testing and documentation of business processes across HR domains. You’ll support modules from Administration to Talent Management, including Payroll, Time Tracking, and Core HR, reporting to the Senior Director of Global HR Systems and Data.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of HRIS work, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with ERP integration across

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated Human Resources Management Systems, preferably Workday HCM.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of complex HRIS work experience or equivalent combination.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Co-Pilot.

Responsibilities

• Configure, report, troubleshoot and document Workday HCM processes and business requirements.
• Support administration and Talent Management modules, payroll, time tracking and benefits across HR functions.
