Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst for an 18-month fixed-term assignment focused on Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and process documentation. You will support HR modules across Administration and Talent Management, collaborating with HR/IT/Finance/Procurement teams to deliver reliable data and efficient HR services.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of complex HRIS experience, proficiency in Workday HCM, and strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of complex HRIS experience or equivalent.
• Experience with integrated HRIS, preferably Workday HCM, and ability to build reports and analyze data.
• Experience coordinating and leading projects across HR/IT/Finance/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM, generate reports, troubleshoot, and document business processes.
• Support areas from Administration to Talent Management and other HR modules.
• Provide subject-mmatter expertise in global payroll, time tracking, compensation, benefits, recruiting and performance management.
