Campus4Tech is seeking a motivated Workday Analyst to support Workday HCM operations, analysis, configuration, reporting, testing and HR technology initiatives. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and business teams to ensure Workday functionality and resolve system issues, driving improvements in HR processes.

The role covers day-to-day Workday configuration, data quality, reporting and end-user training to enable efficient HR operations and strong analytics across core HR

Qualificações

• Experience with HRIS or Workday platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applicable to HR technology projects.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Workday HCM operations and system analysis.
• Assist with Workday configuration, business processes and system enhancements.
• Gather and document HRIS and functional requirements.
• Support Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll in Workday.
• Analyze HR system data and identify data quality or process issues.
• Support data loads, validation, reconciliation and maintenance activities.
• Assist Workday updates, enhancements and new feature releases.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Prepare process documentation, functional specifications and user guides.
• Provide end-user support and assist with Workday training.
