Job summary

Nava is seeking a Workday Administrator to own Payroll, Benefits, and Talent configuration and data integrity. You will partner with other Workday admins and the HCM Manager to implement approved decisions and keep the environment reliable, audit-ready, and continuously improving.

The role requires proactive identification of data quality issues, process gaps, and opportunities for automation within the Workday domain, elevating changes that impact core architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute effectively within an established architecture/governance framework, and elevate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Workday Business Processes, rules, and notifications.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Create and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Conduct data audits and remediate discrepancies across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads and mass updates per data standards.
• Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis and UAT coordination.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
• Own incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
• Support audit requests related to Workday configuration and HR data.
