Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to own Payroll, Benefits, and Talent configuration, data integrity, and support.

This role partners with other Workday Admins and the HCM Manager to maintain a reliable, audit-ready Workday environment and proactively identify data quality issues and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, a Workday HCM certification, and strong data and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate within an established architecture/governance framework and elevate to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Build and configure Business Processes, condition rules, and notifications for Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for daily needs.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates.
• Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
• Provide first-line support and end‑user training for the teams.
• Own day-to-day Workday incidents from intake to resolution.
