Evergreen Healthcare Partners, Inc. seeks a Workday Administrator – HCM, Payroll & Integrations to partner with HR and Finance, configure Workday HCM/Payroll, and build integrations across systems.

You will balance daily administration with advisory support to evolve the platform in line with Evergreen’s strategy. Candidates should have hands-on Workday HCM/Payroll experience and strong integration skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on data quality and process improvement.

Competenze

• Hands-on Workday HCM and Payroll administration.
• 3+ years Workday integration experience.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Build trusted cross‑functional partnerships and gather requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM/Payroll environments and automate workflows.
• Develop and support Workday integrations and runbooks end‑to‑end.
• Create and maintain HR/Finance reports and data quality controls.
