Job summary

EPMA is partnering with a US engineering and consulting firm to hire a Workday Integration Developer for its internal IT team. You will own and evolve the Workday integration environment as responsibility shifts from an external partner to the internal team.

Initially you’ll own, support and enhance critical Workday integrations across HR, payroll, finance and other enterprise systems. Over time the role expands into broader enterprise integrations, automation and AI initiatives, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting system integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations in production.
• Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, RaaS and XSLT.
• Experience taking ownership of integrations in production.
• Troubleshooting skills diagnosing integration failures across multiple systems.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and OAuth 2.0.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Nice to Have: Python and/or SQL experience; Workday Studio training; experience with payroll, benefits, ERP, identity, ITSM or learning platforms.
