Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building and reporting within the Adaptive Planning environment.

You will translate complex financial and workforce requirements into scalable models and dashboards, partnering with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders, while ensuring data governance and system optimization. This is a remote role within SNHU's approved states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on administrator/developer experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and modeling structures.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day operations.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance for Adaptive Planning.
• Develop documentation and training materials; conduct user training sessions.
• Design models and planning solutions balancing flexibility with controls.
• Partner with Finance/HR to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday components.
