Job summary

Wisevu Inc. is hiring for a remote WordPress project manager to lead multiple client projects end-to-end. You will coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of WP project management, strong English, and a related bachelor’s degree. Experience with Asana and Agile/Scrum workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year managing WordPress website projects in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of the WordPress lifecycle from discovery to post-launch.
• Experience coordinating multiple client projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple WordPress development projects from kickoff through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (WordPress developers, designers, SEO, copywriters, QA).
• Define scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact with updates and issue resolution.
• Review deliverables for quality, SEO, accessibility, and alignment with requirements.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving smoothly.
