• 3+ years of project management experience, specifically in website development and agency environments.
• Strong understanding of the website development lifecycle and coordinating developers and creative teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own website projects from kickoff through development, QA, revisions, and launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Coordinate developers and design teams, ensuring assets and information are available to complete work.
• Communicate with clients to gather content, assets, feedback, and approvals, translating requests into actionable tasks.
• Review websites during development, perform QA, and ensure proper functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Coordinate website launches, including domain changes, hosting, DNS, integrations, migrations, and other launch requirements.
