Job summary

Veta Virtual is hiring a WordPress Support Developer to own the full lifecycle of client websites, from concept to launch, with a focus on design direction and performance optimization for a portfolio of live sites.

You will build complete WordPress sites, set up conversion tracking, and improve UI/UX to boost leads. This is a fully remote, long-term role open to LATAM and Europe candidates, with competitive USD pay and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, including full site builds.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to create mockups/wireframes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build complete WordPress websites from concept to launch using internal templates.
• Create design mockups and lead visual direction for new site builds.
• Set up conversion tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, GA4) for sites.
• Monitor conversion rates and perform UI/UX improvements to increase leads.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress sites and handle bug fixes.
