Job summary

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is seeking a Web Specialist for a part-time, 100% remote role. You will coordinate WordPress builds, QA processes, and vendor communications with a small agency team during Eastern business hours.

You’ll ensure site health, manage chatter between developers and designers, and build checklists for repeatable success. Strong documentation and proactive communication are essential for delivering quality sites on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress and experience managing web builds (from sitemap to launch).
• Experience managing QA processes, including SEO checks, link/redirect validation, and site health audits.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, specs, and sitemaps for developers and designers.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and project estimates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between cross-functional teams (developers, designers, copywriters).
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintaining site health and resolving technical blockers.

Responsibilities

• Manage new site builds from sitemap to launch, coordinating with developers, designers and copywriters.
• Run routine health checks across client sites ensuring forms submit, funnels work, and redirects are correct.
• Oversee small site changes to avoid developer queues and delays for clients.
• Document and coordinate sitemaps, briefs and design specs for smooth delivery.
• Perform launch QA, SEO QA and redirect handling.
• Maintain vendor relationships and estimate letters from project to project.
