AppleOne Employment Services seeks a detail-oriented Wire Transfer Specialist to support wire operations in a banking environment. The role focuses on accurate processing, risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and timely transaction handling, with a structured operations setup and supportive team culture.

The position requires hands-on wire processing experience, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work in a contract/temporary capacity while maintaining first-in, first-out service

Qualifications

• 6 months of wire processing experience minimum.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Verbal communication and teamwork with internal partners.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers within same-day deadlines.
• Authenticate requests by validating initiator and confirming details with authorized reps.
• Repair incoming USD payments and check for accuracy, overdraft risk, and codes.
• Monitor risk queues and escalate suspicious activity to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements (BSA, KYC, Fair Lending).
• Meet production standards while supporting training and other duties.
