Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent banking support experience preferred.
• 2–4 years in a banking environment; wire transfers knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with good research and resolution ability.

Aufgaben

• Process domestic and international wire transfers per policies and procedures.
• Receive internal and external wire transfer requests and complete forms as needed.
• Follow screening processes and verify transactions for outgoing wires.
• Provide timely follow-up with internal and external customers.
• Maintain documentation for SOX controls and audit requests.
• Support department procedures and provide excellent internal client service.
