Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Services Career Coach to support WIOA Adult, EARN, and Youth customers in gaining and retaining employment, training, and career advancement.

The role requires case management experience, knowledge of WIOA/EARN programs, and strong organizational and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in human services or 1–3 years of equivalent experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or 1-3 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior Case Management experience.
• Prior experience in workforce development strongly preferred.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and efficiently handle several tasks simultaneously for all services provided.
• Demonstrate communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between WIOA Adult, EARN, and Youth customers to provide career support and assistance.
• Assist job seekers in registration, job search prep, resumes, and training program selections.
• Design and update an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) to ensure compliance.
• Provide career coaching with WIOA customers to meet their goals.
• Document visits, interactions, and referrals in the CWDS system.
• Coordinate with BST for employment opportunities and referrals.
