Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in West Palm Beach, maximizing supplier brand sales through planning, selling, and communication. A strong wine knowledge background and ability to travel to customer locations are required in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other software including presentation tools.
• Must be results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an efficient routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base and identifies opportunities; ensures account compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations highlighting products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks as permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manages receivables and communicates about aged balances.
• Delivers products to customers and handles issues or complaints.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives and plans strategically.
• Maintains inventory awareness and communicates demand fluctuations.
• Ensures brand visibility and uses POS materials effectively.
• Obtains payments and supports new account openings with the Field Sales Manager.
• Participates in supplier activities and sales blitzes.
• Complies with safe handling of beverage alcohol and other duties as assigned.
