TTEC Digital seeks a Native / Desktop Engineer to join our team. This full-time, fully remote opportunity focuses on building the next generation of AI CX tools, including automated QA, conversational analytics, and agentic automation for enterprise brands.

In this role you will own Windows native driver development, real-time audio pipelines, and the desktop-to-cloud path, leveraging C/C++ and Go to ship high-performance software in a startup-like environment backed by a large organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years systems/native development; shipped a Windows desktop agent at real scale (>10k seats) with audio.
• Strong C/C++ and Go for service side architecture.
• Comfortable building and interacting with drivers — virtual audio devices and kernel-adjacent hooks.
• Real-time audio pipelines under a sub-300ms budget for low-latency performance.
• macOS/Linux native experience a plus for cross-platform readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build Desktop Intercept — native Windows driver and app for real-time audio routing and DOM/automation reads.
• Own the high-performance, low-latency platform feeding voice, desktop, and AI components.
• Operate in a startup-pace with 1-week sprints, rapid demos, and fail-fast iterations.
