Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks an Engineering Technical Lead for a full-time, fully remote role in the United States. You’ll lead a squad building a real-time, event-driven platform combining voice, desktop, and AI functionalities, using Go services, AI/ML pipelines, and connectors to CCaaS/CRM/telephony.

You will mentor engineers, set patterns, and demonstrate velocity with rapid delivery. Expect a startup-like cadence, bold experimentation, and high-impact outcomes across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Led a squad and shipped real-time/platform products end-to-end on committed timelines.
• Strong Go or similar language proficiency and AI/ML tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer role across three specialization tracks.
• Build Go services on the event bus and AI/ML pipelines.
• Develop connectors (CCaaS/CRM/telephony) and core platform services.
• Maintain fast delivery with a startup cadence (1-week sprints, Friday demos).
