This hands-on role requires independent work, sound technical decisions, and ownership from investigation through production support, with collaboration across the broader product organization.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in C#/.NET and Windows-based software.
• Experience with large, mature production codebases.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently.
• Willingness to work with existing C++ code when necessary.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Windows-based software, primarily using C#/.NET.
• Investigate technically complex issues across an established production codebase.
