Job summary

AHUM AI is seeking a Senior Windows Developer in Redwood City to drive .NET/C# applications with deep C++ system-level work for AI-native endpoint management on Windows.

You will collaborate with AI/ML scientists, OS engineers, and security architects to deliver secure, lightweight agents. The role emphasizes native Windows components, Win32/COM/WinRT, and cross-language integration with C# and C++.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise endpoint agents.
• Strong background in C#/.NET and C++ for native components.
• Familiarity with Windows telemetry and diagnostics pipelines.
• Exposure to AI hardware acceleration (NPU/GPU) is a plus.
• Knowledge of driver development and code signing processes.
• Experience with cross-platform endpoint agents (Linux/macOS) is a bonus.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Windows Developer for a role primarily focused on .NET/C# development, with deep expertise in C++ required for system-level components. You will contribute to building high-performance desktop applications and tools using modern C#/.NET frameworks and the Win32 API. This role involves building the next generation of AI-native endpoint management & security solutions that interact deeply with the Windows OS.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop next generation endpoint AI framework for our sensors on Windows, enabling secure and intelligent agentic interactions across Windows environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML scientists, OS engineers, and security architects to design and implement robust solutions.
• Define resource utilization limits and optimize solutions to provide AI powered management & security on the endpoint while maintaining our agent’s lightweight footprint.
• Develop and maintain native Windows applications using Win32 API, COM, and Windows Runtime (WinRT)
• Implement native components and plugins in C++ where necessary, while focusing primarily on C#/.NET application development
• Integrate C# UI layers with high-performance C++ backends via C++/CX, C++/WinRT, or P/Invoke
• Work with Windows-specific technologies: UWP/WinAppSDK, Windows Services, Task Scheduler, Registry, GDI+/Direct2D, WIC
• Debug and profile native memory, threading, and performance issues
• Write clean, documented, and testable code following team standards
• Collaborate with senior developers on architecture and code review

Qualifications:

• Experience with engineering endpoint agents for enterprises.
• Familiarity with AI hardware acceleration using the NPU or GPU.
• Familiarity with code signing and driver development & deployment processes.
• Deep experience working with Windows telemetry, including event tracing, diagnostic pipelines, and system‑level instrumentation.
• Exposure to cross-platform endpoint agents (Linux/macOS).
• Proven track record integrating AI/ML models into production systems, including agentic architectures, LLMs, and adaptive workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI‑driven development tools to design, generate, and optimize production‑grade code.
