Job summary

Revaya is seeking a Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support a busy Senior Sales Executive in the apparel wholesale business. The role focuses on organization, CRM maintenance, and proactive task management to ensure timely follow-ups with major off-price retailers.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, experienced with CRM systems, and capable of building structured sales tracking processes while maintaining accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales coordination, sales administration, executive assistance, or similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience building or maintaining CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to a busy Senior Sales Executive managing multiple wholesale accounts.
• Organize daily priorities, requests, appointments, follow-ups, and action items.
• Maintain organized calendar, meetings, and prep documents for buyer discussions.
• Monitor sales emails and escalate important requests promptly.
• Create and maintain a CRM system for wholesale customers and opportunities.
