Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive.
• Proven ability to source, develop, and grow broker relationships.
• Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High initiative and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face visits and constant touch point engagements.
• Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry.
• Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained.
• Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers.
• Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes.
