Z Loans is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our remote team. This role thrives in a fast-paced mortgage environment, excels at building broker relationships, and has deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines.

You will manage a large pipeline, serve as the main contact for broker accounts, and collaborate with internal teams from application to closing. Strong communication, independence in a remote setting, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan processing and wholesale account management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 60+ loans.
• Strong understanding of agency and government lending guidelines.
• Proficient with MeridianLink Mortgage and LendingQB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, remote work capability.

Responsabilités

• Manage a pipeline of 50+ active loans efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts and processors.
• Ensure all loans meet agency, government, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to closing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with brokers, processors, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
• Communicate effectively over the phone and in writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
