Job summary

RT Specialty is seeking a Wholesale Broker Assistant to support the brokerage team across our office network and remote locations.

You will assist in day-to-day operations, prep market renewal documents, maintain client records, respond to broker inquiries by phone, email, or chat, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree required; Commercial insurance experience and a Property & Casualty license preferred; this role offers a structured environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Admin, Sales or Risk Management preferred.
• Any related commensurate work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations and support policy administration.
• Coordinate with the broker to prepare documents, cover letters for market renewal, and support filing and archiving.
• Maintain accurate client information in systems and ensure records compliance.
• Handle broker inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person to provide timely support.
• Assist in compliance reporting and collaborate with broker and finance teams on business requirements.
