Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, is seeking a highly organized Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support the ProExec team in La Jolla, CA. This hybrid/onsite role manages documentation, quoting, surplus lines, and accounting-related tasks to ensure seamless service for brokers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have brokerage or insurance operations experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Insurance or brokerage operations experience is preferred or strong customer service and coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the ProExec team and brokers.
• Prepare and maintain insurance documentation and account records.
• Assist with quoting activities and presentation of quote materials.
• Obtain and process loss runs, policy documents, and underwriting information.
• Support surplus lines filings and documentation requirements.
• Resolve accounting and policy servicing issues and maintain client data.
• Respond to broker inquiries promptly and maintain compliant records.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and service delivery.
