Coconut is seeking a part-time Customer Support Agent to deliver a premium, white-glove experience via email, chat, and phone as needed. You’ll handle inquiries, manage orders, and assist with subscriptions in a friendly, proactive way.

Work 20 hours per week in the Evening Pacific time, handling account navigation, order edits, discounts, and tailored recommendations to help customers find the right purchases.

Formación

• Empathetic and proactive customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with e-commerce support and order management; Shopify experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer email communication and day-to-day support requests.
• Navigate customer accounts, edit orders, and manage relevant fulfillment or subscription actions.
• Take over chat conversations after the AI initiates them and handle more complex cases.
• Support phone conversations with customers as phone support is introduced.
• Provide a personalized, white-glove purchase and support experience.
• Build custom carts, apply discounts, and walk customers through purchases rather than simply issuing discount codes.
• Read each customer situation closely and respond with tailored recommendations, swaps, resolutions, and follow-through.
