Coconut is seeking a part-time Customer Support Agent to deliver a premium, white-glove experience via email, chat, and phone as needed. You’ll handle inquiries, manage orders, and assist with subscriptions in a friendly, proactive way.

Work 20 hours per week in the Evening Pacific time, handling account navigation, order edits, discounts, and tailored recommendations to help customers find the right purchases.

Competenze

• Experience with e-commerce support and order management; Shopify experience preferred.

Role: Customer Support Agent

Monthly Rate: $650-1100

Availability: Part-time 20 hours/week

Time Zone: Evening Pacific time

Experience Needed/Responsibilities

• Manage customer email communication and day-to-day support requests.
• Navigate customer accounts, edit orders, and manage relevant fulfillment or subscription actions.

Good to have
