Job summary

Palmsteet is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our fast-paced, community-driven live shopping platform. You will assist users via mobile app and desktop, resolve issues, and help uphold our community standards from a remote base in Mexico.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service experience, excellent American English skills, and a knack for summarizing cases and contributing to SOPs. Shifts typically 8AM–8PM ET, $8–$10/hour.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent American English reading and writing skills.
• Able to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong learning ability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries on our mobile app and desktop.
• Respond thoughtfully and courteously in a timely manner.
• Track and record issues and data to inform improvements.
• Contribute to SOPs to enhance team efficiency.
• Summarize customer cases to identify trends and bugs.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly with high-quality service.
• Continuously learn to provide the highest level of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
