Job summary

Experience with Infor WFM and Infor Staff Scheduling/MVS is strongly preferred. A Bachelor's in CS/IS or related field is required, with 2+ years in IT systems and/or operations for certain degree

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) and Staff Scheduling tools.
• Experience implementing HR technology solutions in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS / IS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists IT with evaluation of products to meet enterprise requirements and standards.
• Develops and maintains clear documentation; updates reports and interfaces as needed.
• Acts as liaison to health system departments; may lead vendor-based implementations.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, interfaces and scripts.
• Supports WFM and Staff Scheduling configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
