Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a remote, full-time Capacity Analyst to design, evolve, and optimize enterprise workforce strategies, systems, and planning frameworks. You will own scalable models aligning business objectives with labor efficiency, service performance, and growth.

You will drive advanced modeling, cross-functional influence with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology, and partner on data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–7+ years in workforce planning, capacity strategy, operations strategy, or analytics.
• Proven experience designing workforce models, systems, or large-scale strategies.
• Deep experience with workforce technologies (WFM, ACD, FMS, BI, ERP).
• Strong experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python) preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; advanced strategic thinking for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise workforce planning frameworks for call center and field operations.
• Build scalable capacity models aligning long-term demand with supply strategies.
• Lead development of governance for workforce planning standards and methodologies.
• Lead complex scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions and align with financial planning.
• Design and optimize workforce management systems, tools, and integrations.
