The Working Families Party is seeking a Western Wisconsin Region Organizer based in LaCrosse or Eau Claire. This temporary position involves running a voter contact program, training volunteers, and building relationships within the community.

The role offers a salary of $60,000 – $75,000 with benefits, including health insurance and remote work support. This position will end on November 15, 2026, but may lead to a permanent role for successful employees.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of organizing experience.
• 3 campaign cycles of experience.
• Ability to communicate about WFP’s work.

Responsibilities

• Run a voter contact program to recruit volunteers.
• Train and build grassroots leadership.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders.
• Lead get-out-the-vote efforts for priority races.
• Organize volunteers for campaigns and actions.
