A leading pro-democracy campaign organization is seeking a Regional Organizing Director in Wisconsin. You will manage canvassing teams, support pro-democracy candidates, and play a critical role in local election efforts. The ideal candidate has organizing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and is available for evening and weekend work. This full-time position offers a salary between $2,940 and $3,150 biweekly and includes benefits like health insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 election cycle of organizing or managing experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of a canvassing team.
• Remain accountable to metric goals set by the National Field Director.
• Build a strong and supportive team culture.
• Coach your team towards meeting weekly goals.
