Qualifikationen

• Proven experience consulting on driving sales growth in a field-based or financial services environment.
• Success in assisting with business planning aligned to strategic growth initiatives including recruiting, market expansion, performance and succession planning.
• Strong business judgment to navigate escalations and ambiguous challenges, balancing impact and risk to Firm and Guardian.
• Track record of building trust-based relationships across field and home office partners.
• Deep understanding of distribution economics and performance drivers, including recruiting and production metrics.
• Familiarity with field compensation structures and incentive models.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth and production outcomes across your region by building a comprehensive business plan focused on expanding distribution and influencing performance.
• Partner with Principal Owners and field leaders to improve productivity using data, insights, and targeted coaching.
• Support firm expansion and strategic initiatives, including merger discussions and evaluating growth opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between Field and Home Office with stakeholders in Client Solutions & Wealth Management, Compliance, Legal, and more to address complex matters.
• Influence succession planning across firms to ensure long-term growth and leadership bench strength.
• Act as a trusted advisor and connector across teams to align initiatives with overall Guardian strategy.
