• Experience consulting on driving sales growth in field-based, firm, or financial services environments.
• Proven ability to influence production outcomes, recruiting, market expansion, and succession planning.
• Strong business judgment for navigating escalations and risks across the Firm and Guardian.
• Track record of building trust-based relationships across field and home office partners.
• Understanding of distribution economics and performance drivers, including recruiting metrics.
• Familiarity with field compensation structures and incentive models.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and production outcomes by expanding distribution and influencing performance.
• Partner with Principal Owners and field leaders to improve productivity using data-driven coaching.
• Support firm expansion, mergers, and growth opportunities.
• Act as liaison between Field and Home Office to address complex business and regulatory matters.
• Influence succession planning across firms to ensure long-term leadership strength.
