Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting seeks a REMOTE Outside Sales Executive to cultivate Geosynthetics and Oil & Gas markets across West Texas. This field-based, relationship-driven role offers autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and ESOP ownership.

Build contractor relationships, visit job sites, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Target Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, San Angelo and surrounding areas with local travel and minimal overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales or relevant industry experience in geosynthetics, liner installation, oil & gas, water transfer, containment systems, or related construction/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of oil & gas, water transfer, containment systems, pond liners, civil construction, or related markets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout West Texas with occasional overnight travel.
• Experience working for an installation contractor, manufacturer, or related industrial company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business throughout the West Texas territory.
• Build relationships with liner installation contractors, industrial customers, and key partners.
• Generate new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Call on customers within the oil & gas, water transfer, containment, and pond liner markets.
• Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and product presentations.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
