Job summary
Ladders seeks a Manager, Digital Sales - West to lead a team of quota-carrying ADRs in a fast-moving, transactional SaaS environment, driving regional revenue and renewals. Remote US-based role with no visa sponsorship.
You will coach, build a high-accountability culture, partner with field teams, and own regional revenue targets while aligning coverage and forecasting to enable scalable growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with leadership exposure.
- Proven ability to manage quota-carrying teams in fast-paced settings.
- Strong coaching skills for early-career sellers.
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle SaaS sales including renewals.
- Proficient in forecasting and process rigor with Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 quota-carrying ADRs focused on full-cycle sales and renewals.
- Drive a metrics-driven sales culture centered on repeatable execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill-building sessions to improve team effectiveness.
- Own regional revenue targets and ensure strong execution of sales motions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure seamless account coverage.
- Champion operational excellence through data analysis and process improvement.
- Build a pipeline of future sales leaders by mentoring and promoting ADRs.
