Job summary

Redis Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the West region. You will drive strategic account planning, forecast accurately, and nurture high-value client relationships while scaling a high-performance sales team.

This role supports remote work with travel across the region and reports to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in subscription sales, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven sales team management
• Four years of direct sales experience
• Deep understanding of subscription sales models & strategic SW licensing
• Ability to measure and analyze KPI’s using existing analytical tools
• Availability to travel at least 30% of work time

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution
• Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting across the region
• Nurture broad, high-value key client executive relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Oversee the planning and implementation of regional marketing/sales programs
• Maintain appropriate reporting systems to participate in meetings and business reviews
• Recruit, train and manage a world-class sales organization
• Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the region
