Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking an Educational Consultant to serve as a content expert and brand ambassador, supporting the full customer lifecycle from presales through implementation. You will tailor content for sales presentations and develop implementation and professional development plans for key accounts.

The role requires deep knowledge of our solutions, the ability to travel up to 40%, and excellence in adult learning and client coaching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field
• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally
• BA in early childhood education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach
• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions
• Experience or excellent transferable skills in sales and implementation
• Expert presentation skills both in person and via Zoom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required
• Ability to learn new technology applications

Responsibilities

• Lead content and product knowledge across internal teams.
• Develop implementation, professional development and coaching plans for key sales accounts.
• Lead content-specific aspects of sales presentations and tailor materials for customers.
• Coach teams and act as trusted advisor during pilots and initial implementations.
• Represent Teaching Strategies at conferences, in blogs and in other communications.
