Qualifications

• BA/BS in international relations, public policy, or related field.
• 10+ years in public affairs, government relations, or community organizing.
• Bay Area experience and strong senior-leader relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of the West Coast tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse regional network to amplify the organization’s mission.
• Develop a strategy to expand the organization’s reach with senior leaders.
• Strengthen connections with local constituency groups for resources.
• Gather insights from local audiences to tailor regional programming.
• Identify strategic partners to enhance the organization’s profile in the region.
• Source and secure venues for regional events and programming.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with members and stakeholders.
