Job description

For our client, we are seeking a West Coast Regional Engagement Director to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non‑Profit space.

This role will lead regional engagement efforts across the West Coast, building trusted relationships that expand the organization’s visibility and influence. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in public affairs, government relations, or community organizing, along with the ability to connect with senior leaders across sectors. Success in this position will depend on shaping regional strategy, strengthening community partnerships, and translating local audience insights into effective programming.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders across various sectors
• Deep understanding of the tech sector in the Bay Area and on the West Coast
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
