Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client, is seeking a Cybersecurity Regional Manager based in the United States to lead regional client relationships and drive growth of cybersecurity services across the West Coast. You will blend account leadership, technical expertise, and business development to strengthen critical infrastructure cybersecurity postures.

The role covers risk assessments, regulatory compliance guidance, and solution delivery across transportation, utilities, and public safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in cybersecurity consulting.
• CISSP or GICSP certification required.
• Strong cybersecurity principles, risk assessment expertise, and controls design.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO, NERC, TSA, DHS/CISA, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Excellent client-facing and proposal development skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional client relationships and drive growth of cybersecurity services across CA and the West Coast.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate infrastructure designs against security standards.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, security policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare technical responses to proposals and support business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security solutions.
• Represent the firm at industry events and maintain market intelligence.
