Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a dynamic Security Sales Leader to own the West US security business, building and scaling high‑performing regional teams and driving bookings and services growth. You will partner with regional leadership to align goals, coverage, and execution, while measuring pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

This senior role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, strong partner enablement, and the ability to align services, MSSP offerings, and vendor relationships to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT sales experience with cybersecurity focus.
• Proven track record leading quota-bearing, distributed sales teams.
• Deep channel expertise with VARs and SIs.
• Strong knowledge of EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, SSE, cloud and identity security.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the West US cybersecurity sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Security Sales Specialists team.
• Collaborate with services, engineering, and partnerships to shape GTM and solutions.
• Engage with C‑level executives and partners to drive joint pipeline and outcomes.
