Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting clinics and providers across the West Coast. This remote role focuses on retention, satisfaction, and growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct leadership in Sales, Client Services, Account Management, or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% for team and org events
• Experience with CRM and project management platforms including Google Workspace
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts remotely
