Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers serving clinics and providers across a West Coast focus. This remote role emphasizes coaching, strategic cross-functional collaboration, and driving retention and growth for a growing compounding pharmacy.

The position requires 1–2 years of leadership and strong communication skills, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct leadership in Sales, Client Services, Account Management, or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience with CRM and project management platforms including Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for team and org events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Monitor provider relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Establish and monitor team KPIs and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Leadership teams to improve outcomes.
