Wellworks For You is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline for wellness program participants, handling calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy. This fully remote role may require 1-2 onsite visits per year in the United States.

You will support participants with account access, incentives, and program requirements while safeguarding data and complying with HIPAA standards. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of contact center experience in healthcare or wellness with HIPAA knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information (HIPAA).

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Help participants with account access, incentives, forms, and program requirements.
• Support participants via live chat and email, meeting service targets.
• Log interactions with detailed, accurate records.
• Escalate complex concerns to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on voicemails to ensure no one waits unnecessarily.
• Share trends and feedback to help improve processes.
